- Email address (from Apple/Google sign-in)
- Display name
- Profile photo (optional)

**Financial Data You Enter:**
- Transactions (income & expenses)
- Budget settings
- Savings goals
- Categories and notes

**App Usage:**
- Feature usage statistics
- Crash reports (anonymous)

## 2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:
- Provide and improve the App's features
- Sync your data across your devices
- Generate personalized financial insights
- Send important service notifications

We do NOT use your data for:
- Targeted advertising
- Selling to third parties
- Marketing to external companies

## 3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is protected by:
- End-to-end encryption for sensitive data
- Secure cloud storage (Firebase/Google Cloud)
- Industry-standard security practices
- Regular security audits

Your financial data is stored locally on your device and synced to secure cloud servers only when you're signed in.

## 4. AI Features & Third-Party AI Services

SCORE uses third-party AI services to provide intelligent financial insights:

**AI Providers:**
- Google Gemini - Financial analysis & insights
- Anthropic Claude - Conversational AI assistance
- Other AI models as features expand

**When you use AI-powered features:**
- Your financial data is sent securely to these AI providers
- Data is processed only to generate your insights
- AI providers may retain data per their policies
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- AI-generated content is for informational purposes only

By using AI features, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by these third-party AI services according to their respective privacy policies.

## 5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services:

**Authentication:**
- Apple Sign-In - Account authentication
- Google Sign-In - Account authentication

**Data Storage:**
- Firebase (Google Cloud) - Secure data sync

**AI Services:**
- Google Gemini
- Anthropic Claude

These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by strict data protection agreements.

## 7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

**We retain your data:**
- While your account is active
- As required by law for financial/tax records

**When you delete your account or reset your data:**

**Data that IS deleted:**
- Transactions (income & expenses)
- Budget settings
- Savings goals and fundings
- Wallets and balances
- Contacts and merchants
- Notifications

**Data that is RETAINED:**
- Purchase history (credit purchases, subscriptions)
- Active subscription status
- Credit balance

**Why we retain purchase data:**
- Legal requirement to keep financial records for tax/audit purposes
- To honor active subscriptions you've paid for
- To prevent abuse (e.g., getting welcome bonuses multiple times)
- To handle potential disputes or refund requests

You can delete your account at any time through Settings. Your financial tracking data will be removed, while purchase records are retained as required by law.

## 8. Children's Privacy

SCORE is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

## 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email.
